We are looking for a dedicated, responsible, and motivated individual to join our team as a Rider Support Staff.

📝 Job Responsibilities:

- Assist riders with their daily queries and operational issues. - Provide timely and effective support to riders. - Handle basic computer tasks, data entry, and record management. - Maintain professional communication with riders and team members. - Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations. - Perform other office-related duties as assigned.

✅ Requirements:

- Basic computer knowledge is required. - Good communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work responsibly in a team environment. - Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn. - Candidates with relevant experience will be preferred. - Freshers with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn quickly are also encouraged to apply.
