Terms & Conditions

These terms apply whenever you use GenZ Link — the website or the mobile app — whether you are browsing, contacting someone about a listing or posting one yourself. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

How we handle your information is covered separately in our Privacy Policy, and what may be posted is set out in more detail in the Community Guidelines, which form part of these terms.

You sign up with an email address, which we verify with a one-time code, and you sign in with a 4-digit PIN. The same account works on the website and in the app.

• Give accurate details, and use an email address you can access.
• Keep your PIN to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
• Post as yourself, or as the business you actually represent — not as someone else.
• Tell us at support@genzlinkapp.com if you think someone else has used your account.

Posting a room, job, vehicle or business is free. When you post, you confirm that:

• You own what you are listing, or are authorised by the owner to list it.
• The listing is accurate — the price, the photos, the location and the description are all of the real thing, as it is now.
• The contact details you share are yours, or ones you are authorised to share.

Every listing is reviewed before it goes live, and we may decline or remove any listing that breaks these terms. Review is not an endorsement: we do not verify every claim in a listing, and the poster remains responsible for it.

Keep your listings current. When something is no longer available, mark it expired or delete it from My listings in your dashboard.

You may not use GenZ Link to:

• Run a scam, including asking for advance payments, deposits or fees for something that does not exist.
• Post misleading prices, photos that are not of the real thing, bait listings or duplicate listings.
• Use discriminatory language, or set discriminatory requirements, in job or accommodation posts.
• Ask job applicants to pay for a job, training, a uniform or registration.
• Harass, threaten or abuse anyone, including people who respond to your listing.
• Pretend to be another person or business.
• Offer anything that the law of Nepal prohibits, or advertise illegal work.
• Collect contact details from listings for any purpose other than responding to that listing, or copy listings in bulk.

GenZ Link puts people with something to offer in touch with people looking for it. We are not a party to any agreement you make with someone you meet through the service — a tenancy, an employment offer, a vehicle sale or a business transfer is between you and them.

• We do not take payments, hold deposits or act as an agent for either side.
• We do not charge a commission on any deal.
• We do not guarantee that a listing is accurate, that an item or a job is as described, or that a deal will go through.

You are responsible for your own checks before paying anyone or signing anything. Our Safety & Trust page sets out what to look for.

Anyone can report a listing from the listing itself, or by emailing report@genzlinkapp.com. Reports are reviewed by a person.

• We may remove any listing that breaks these terms, with or without a report.
• Accounts that repeatedly break these terms lose posting access, and may be closed.
• Unlawful activity may be reported to the authorities and may lead to legal action under the laws of Nepal.

You can stop using GenZ Link at any time. Deleting your account from your profile removes the account and every listing attached to it, and cannot be undone.

We may update these terms as the service changes. When we make a significant change we will say so on the website or in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using GenZ Link after that, you accept the updated terms.
